1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by 圓方文化藝術中心 (Round and Square Art Culture Centre) (“the Centre”, “we”, “our”).
By registering, enrolling in courses, or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Course Enrollment
2.1 Enrollment is confirmed only upon:
Submission of completed registration information; and
Successful payment (online or offline confirmation)
2.2 Course placement is subject to availability.
2.3 The Centre reserves the right to:
Adjust class arrangements due to enrollment numbers
Combine classes where necessary
Refuse enrollment at its discretion
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Course fees are charged based on the current published fee schedule.
3.2 Payment Methods:
Online payment (where available)
Cash
FPS
Bank transfer
3.3 Full payment must be completed before attending class unless otherwise approved.
3.4 Material Fees:
Handicraft classes may require additional material fees.
Calligraphy classes may require additional material fees.
These charges will be clearly stated before enrollment.
3.5 Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension from classes.
4. Refund and Transfer Policy
4.1 Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
4.2 Refund requests before course commencement:
Must be submitted in writing.
Administrative charges may apply.
4.3 Missed Classes:
No refund will be given for student absence.
Make-up classes are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
4.4 Course Transfer:
Transfers may be allowed before course commencement, subject to availability.
Approval is at the discretion of the Centre.
5. Class Attendance and Conduct
5.1 Students must:
Arrive on time.
Follow tutor instructions.
Respect other students and staff.
5.2 The Centre reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate enrollment for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
Refuse entry to students who pose safety risks.
No refund will be provided in such cases.
6. Class Cancellation or Changes
6.1 The Centre reserves the right to:
Change class schedule
Change tutor assignment
Cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
6.2 In case of cancellation by the Centre:
A make-up class will be arranged; or
A proportional refund or credit will be offered.
7. Weather Arrangements
7.1 Classes will follow Hong Kong Observatory weather warnings.
If the following signals are in force before class starts:
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above
Black Rainstorm Warning
Classes will be suspended.
7.2 Make-up arrangements will be announced separately.
8. Photography and Media
8.1 The Centre may take photos or videos during classes for:
Promotional purposes
Social media
Website display
8.2 If you do not wish your child to appear in photos, please notify us in writing.
9. Liability
9.1 While reasonable care will be taken to ensure safety, the Centre shall not be liable for:
Personal injury unless caused by proven negligence
Loss or damage to personal belongings
9.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring accurate medical and emergency information is provided.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All course materials, lesson plans, and teaching content remain the property of the Centre.
10.2 Materials may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
11. Online System Usage
11.1 Users must:
Keep login credentials confidential.
Not misuse or attempt to interfere with system operations.
11.2 The Centre reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse.
12. Privacy
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Amendments
The Centre reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
